April 30th - BCR BDX BAX

Cramer started a new defensive portfolio called "the 3 B's" portfolio which focused on medical device companies. The first stock was CR Bard Inc. (BCR)

Closing Price: $83.13
After Hours High: $84.28
Percent Increase at High: 1.4%
After Hours Most Recent: $83.95
Percent Increase at Most Recent Price: 1.0%
Sector: Healthcare
Days to Cover: 2.4
Short %: 1.09 %
% Held by Insiders: 0.49 %
% Held by Institutions: 84.60 %
50 Day Moving Average: $80.82
200 Day Moving Average: $79.12

Too expensive and too small of a price increase in my opinion.

Cramer's next pick for the portfolio was Becton Dickinson & Co. (BDX)

Closing Price: $78.69
After Hours High: $79.50
Percent Increase at High: 1.0%
After Hours Most Recent: $79.35
Percent Increase at Most Recent Price: 0.8%
Sector: Healthcare
Days to Cover: 1.9
Short %: 0.80 %
% Held by Insiders: 0.80 %
% Held by Institutions: 84.00 %
50 Day Moving Average: $76.66
200 Day Moving Average: $71.89

Once again a small gainer after hours, likely due to the high PPS of these picks so far. Possibly some speculation that BSX is the final "B" pick?

The final pick was not BSX (although he did mention it and offered a quick comparison) but was Baxter International Inc. (BAX)

Closing Price: $56.63
After Hours High: $57.24
Percent Increase at High: 1.1%
After Hours Most Recent: $56.90
Percent Increase at Most Recent Price: 0.5%
Sector: Healthcare
Days to Cover: 2.4
Short %: 1.15 %
% Held by Insiders: 0.20 %
% Held by Institutions: 82.40 %
50 Day Moving Average: $52.44
200 Day Moving Average: $47.02

Another defensive/boring pick with the addition of Cramer telling people not to buy right away because there will likely be a pull back resulted in an even smaller price increase (for the cheapest stock of the night no less) of only half a percent.
